Paul Noble was born in South Australia in the mid nineteen
fifties. His parents separated when he was just three
years of age, and he was subsequently raised by
his father, along with his three sisters and two brothers.
Paul grew up in the eastern districts of Adelaide where
he attended Hectorville Primary School and later Norwood
Technical high school. Although he was employed in a
variety of jobs while growing up, Paul eventually went
back to night school and gained his trade certificate
as a welder. This was his mainstay of employment while
raising his family.
Paul recently qualified as a minister of religion at Bible College in Adelaide, South Australia, and after graduation moved to the pleasant country township of Mount Gambier in the south east of South Australia where he played an active role in leadership in the Uniting Church.
